The location made it easy to get around Kiseljak and Sarajevo, and the customer service was amazing. Our apartment at Hotel Bank was modern and clean, and we had an amazing breakfast. We had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend it.

For 50 Euro for a single, I thought it was good value. The new hotel has a view over the kiseljak-plant, a comfy bed, and a very good breakfast. There are some cases where design beats function: not enough sockets, no kettle, and a small bathroom. Sound insulation is medium. There's no restaurant, but there is its own pub around the corner.
