Sladana remembered us from our first visit last year, which made us feel extra special. This is our second year here, and her friendly, amazing service is why we look forward to coming back. Thanks for making our vacation so great!

Tucked into a quiet, charming Herzegovinian village, this hotel has a lovely feel. The restaurant serves delicious local food, with attentive staff looking after you.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were pleasant and professional, and the food was good. Still, don’t expect the same experience you’d get at a Western four-star hotel. Our room was 28c/82 degrees because the AC wasn’t on or didn’t work. We were told it was “too soon.” The towels felt rough, and the king bed was two separately made twins pushed together. There were just two hangers in a huge wardrobe. Maybe that rating is fine for a hotel in Bosnia, but the room issues were disappointing.

Five stars for this four-star hotel! The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom lovely and tidy. There were several drinks to choose from in the minibar. Kippis!

A restaurant staff member shouted at customers that they couldn’t have breakfast in the garden. There weren’t any tables inside, either. That kind of attitude isn’t acceptable. The hotel should choose its staff carefully, or people may stop coming.
