Breakfast was great, and the staff were so friendly. I really love this hotel. The rooms are very good and clean.

This was the worst stay my friends and I have had. The owner and staff were unfriendly and rude, with an aggressive attitude, and offered no help when we reported faults and missing basic services. The bathroom lights didn’t work when we arrived, and the electronic key wouldn’t lock our door, so it didn’t feel secure. Breakfast was poor, and the omelette was full of oil. The glass shower door gave no privacy, while the short curtains failed to cover the space. The room design was poor in general. There was no kettle or cups, so we had to ask for them, and we were given only two glasses for three guests.

They seem to want guests to feel at home, but they overbooked and left my tour without a room. The room layout has issues too: the toilet door is glass, and even with the cover provided, it doesn’t cover the whole door. That could be embarrassing if you’re sharing with people who aren’t family. They should also clear away the dead insects on the balcony and in the room.

A great place for families, but the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough. And why is there a glass wall for the bathroom? You get zero privacy in the shower. Strange.
