It’s not a bad hotel, but the Wi-Fi in the room is really weak and unstable. The restaurant cups, cutlery, and plates weren’t cleaned properly, and there were stains on the cups. EEEEWWWWW. The service staff kept clearing our plates without asking whether we were finished. Every meal felt rushed.

We stayed ten nights from May 20th, and Quercus Hotel felt like our home away from home. The location made it an easy walk to all the pilgrimage events, and we’re grateful for the staff’s kindness and attention to everything. Our room was roomy, modern, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a great shower. The meals were delicious, and the staff were outstanding and accommodating to our needs. Thank you again to the delightful Quercus Hotel staff!

The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, and the calm atmosphere made us feel at home. The staff were excellent and helped us with everything, including a personalized breakfast. It’s a really cozy hotel, and I’ll definitely choose Hotel Quercus again next time.

We stayed at Hotel Quercus in Madjugorge with Faith Tours (Singapore) from 22nd to 26th May 2023. The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Evan was especially courteous and generous with diners at dinner, and the other lady staffer was just as kind. My wife and I would definitely stay at Hotel Quercus again if we revisit St James' Church, Madjugorge. Kudos to the whole team for their service!
