The people were friendly, the rooms clean, and communication was superb. There's a cafe next door that makes gluten-free pancakes, and the hotel also offers a gluten-free breakfast.

Tanja, her husband, and all the staff made us feel so welcome during MLADIFEST 2022, when we stayed here the whole time. We had such a great experience, with great accommodation, food, service, and coffee. I'm really grateful for everything. For me, this is the best place in Medjugorje! 🙏 ❤️ ❤

Our rooms were beautiful and looked toward Cross hill, and the hotel is close to Saint James church. Breakfast was tasty, and the coffee and pancakes were amazing. The hospitality and service were lovely. We're very grateful.

The price feels too high for what you get, and the reception staff didn't seem interested in hearing complaints. The building doesn't look much like the pictures. It's beside the road, and traffic noise made sleeping impossible. With no mosquito nets on the windows, we had to contend with mosquitoes, and the internet was very weak. There's no private parking, so you have to leave the car on the street, though parking there is free. Payment is cash only, even in euros, which I understand isn't in line with the law in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We were delighted with Villa Gabriel and had no complaints. The owner was kind and always smiling. Our room was clean, comfortable, pleasant, and fragrant, and the building is modern with an elevator. Breakfast was perfect and plentiful. There's a cafe next door, plus an excellent Italian restaurant nearby. We're happy to come back 🙂.
