Ivan greeted our big group at 2.30am, when we arrived very late, and even put food on the table for us, though I'm sure they were tired too. The staff took great care of us. Our room was immaculately clean, with fresh towels and bed linen every day, and we had a great dinner in the evening. Joseph was a lovely young man and very helpful in every way. Ivan also got me an extra pillow without any fuss. The hotel is close to everything, with St JAMES Church just around the corner and shops nearby. I loved my stay with Ivan and his staff, and hope to see them again very soon. xx love and light Mary xxx. If I were to pick on anything, I'd say they should add a handrail in the shower, since I did have a fall, though thankfully nothing major. They could also refill the cereal jars and hot breakfast more often.

The food was very tasty, and the rooms were beautiful, tidy, and well equipped. Staff were so friendly and hospitable, always there for everyone. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the church of St. Jacob. I can't wait to return :)

The owners apologized for the overbooking mix-up and were friendly and kind. They put us up in their in-laws' apartments next door because the hotel had no spare rooms, and treated us to dinner and breakfast at the hotel. There was plenty of excellent food, with a cook on site. The room we stayed in was nice and clean, and the shared shower next door was unused. Despite the confusion, the owners' generosity made the stay pleasant. They also gave us a few bottles of good homemade wine. We booked a room at hotel Wojtyla through Airbnb, and this review is really more about the owners than the hotel. Thanks again! We'd definitely recommend it.

The food was excellent, and the location worked perfectly for me, close to the rear of the church. The facilities felt up to date and the staff were very friendly. There isn’t much closet space in the rooms, though. I’ll definitely book here again.
