Hotel Luna

Everything I wanted to visit was an easy walk from Hotel Luna, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely start to the day before heading out. As a solo traveler, I found the accommodation immaculate and comfortable, with all the conveniences I needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and their genuine care made me feel right at home. Hotel Luna exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for the quality of the accommodation and the professional staff. Thank you!

There's a lovely terrace for guests, and parking has plenty of space. The area is quiet and pleasant, with lots of supermarkets, pharmacies, and souvenir shops nearby. This is a very nice new hotel, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are polite, well trained, and very helpful. Breakfast is a varied buffet. Dinner tastes good, though it's just one dish served at the table, with white and red wine.

I wasn't satisfied with my recent stay at Luna Hotel. The meals were much poorer than I expected, and cleanliness throughout the hotel was inadequate. The staff interactions also left a lot to be desired. Service felt low standard, and guest satisfaction didn't seem to get enough attention. Please consider this complaint and take steps to give future guests a better experience. Sincerely.

It felt a bit like being on a school retreat. The room was spacious, and for a triple room they gave us proper beds, unlike some other European hotels that only provide a sofa bed. But the room was hot and had no AC, and there was no kettle for hot water. The shampoo was poor quality, I used the whole packet and still couldn't get it to lather. Breakfast had very few choices.
