We turned up late in the evening and picked the nearest hotel to the city center on the map. They quickly settled us into a cozy room, told us about the city and shared a couple of ideas for places to visit and eat. Such a warm welcome, and a great place with a friendly, helpful owner. On our six-week trip, this was the best accommodation we’d stayed in. The house and garden were beautiful, and the car could be parked securely behind the gates. Attractions and restaurants were easy to reach on foot. Our room was spotless, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hot shower had good pressure. The host was amazing. Highly recommend!

The hosts were the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met, and we’ll definitely come back :) The house and garden were beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and attractions and restaurants were an easy walk away. Best accommodation, everything was perfect!

The owners made our visit special. They were friendly and ready to help with anything about our stay or tours, and their daughter spoke perfect English and explained the city, its sights and the surrounding area in detail. Without these lovely people, our stay would have felt incomplete. The place itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable, near the bridge, with parking for the car. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Thank you for everything, we’ll definitely return. Great value!
