The staff made our early hours arrival easy, and parking was plentiful for our convoy. We also appreciated that the several 7 kW Porsche Type 2 EV chargers were free to use, a real convenience on our road trip to Cyprus. Hotel Mepas is well placed for visiting the Old Bridge (Stari Most), an iconic sight with a lot of history. Our room was a good size and the amenities worked well for a short stay. The hotel feels a little dated, but the helpful staff and practical facilities made it a solid choice, especially for car and EV travel.

The wellness area was quiet, clean, and pleasant, and breakfast had lots of freshly prepared choices. Our room was huge and very clean, with everything in good shape. The location is good, and the staff were welcoming and kind. I was very happy with my stay and would come back.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had in Mostar. Nice rooms and good service, too. The hotel is right in the centre of Mostar, which is a perfect spot. 👌

We waited 1 hour 40 minutes for fish, and the salads and side dish never came. I expected lunch to be served within a reasonable time at a five star hotel, and at least an apology when things go wrong. The sales representative and director handled the escalation terribly. It wasn’t just the meal: the staff were rude and dismissive, with no basic hospitality or communication skills. For the price, this was an awful experience. I’ll never return or recommend the hotel. Completely unprofessional.

A good place, though it’s a shame there’s no balcony. The AC sometimes lags, and even after we turn it off, it keeps switching back on.
