We had a great experience!

Our family found the stay extremely stressful and unpleasant. The owner was rude and unprofessional with us, shouting and giving us orders, and coming into rooms without permission or warning. Once, she came in and cursed God, apparently assuming nobody was there. Relatives staying on the floor below heard her. We had told her ahead of time that we would be back late after a wedding, around 5 a.m. When we returned, the apartment was locked. We had left the key inside on purpose so it wouldn't get lost. The owner said she'd come in to leave towels, but after she opened the door there were no towels, and our key was still where we'd left it. She blamed us for locking the apartment and losing the key. When we pointed out what had happened, she left without saying anything or apologizing. Payment was another problem. She seemed to set prices however she wanted, depending on her mood, and tried to charge us for an extra bed that nobody had used. The whole process was confusing and unfair. We had paid a 150 KM deposit when booking. Later, everyone paid the full amount to avoid confusion and protect the person who made the reservation, but the owner still refused to return that person's deposit without a valid reason. The property also appeared to be operating illegally: it had no registered trade, didn't provide invoices, and seemed not to follow basic hospitality rules. Taken together, this felt systematic and intentional to us. I'd advise future guests to avoid the place to spare themselves stress, trouble, and possible scams.
