Worst experience ever! We’d booked for two days over Easter, Sunday 20th and Monday 21st of April 2025. When we arrived in Mostar and called the owner, there was no answer. After nearly two hours of waiting, the owner's daughter finally came and apologized, saying the apartment had been double-booked by mistake and they couldn't accommodate us. We’d booked it back in February, but ended up desperately looking for somewhere to stay on Easter afternoon. Outrageous!

The internet was fine, and aside from a couple of problems, the stay was good. The cooking utensils were old and rusty, and the air conditioner didn't heat the place very well.

We found it comfortable, with the rooms set apart from one another and the air conditioning cooling the whole place. The host was lovely and easy to deal with, and flexible whenever we needed to arrange something. There’s plenty nearby, including a shop, kiosk, bakery, kebab place, restaurant and cafe, plus the bus station isn’t far and there’s usually a taxi outside. For the price, the apartment was really good. We were happy with our stay.
