The room was very clean, which matters most to us, and Sasa was respectful and helpful in any way he could be. It’s not a big fancy hotel with every extra, but it was exactly what we needed: away from the town bustle while still close enough to walk. We’d absolutely stay again.

The staff were very nice and quick to sort out any problems. The Old Town and parts of the new town are an easy, flat walk away, and the location is wonderful. The rooms were reasonable for what you might expect in an old building. Breakfast was fairly limited and basic.

The owners are very nice and welcoming, and at Villa Fortuna you get comfort, cleanliness, and a top location. It covers everything we wanted, so there was nothing to worry about during our time in Mostar. If you don’t want to spend ages deciding where to stay, just go here.

The apartment was beautiful, with comfortable beds and plenty of space, and the hosts made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They stayed attentive throughout, offered useful suggestions for seeing Mostar, and made us feel genuinely valued. We had an exceptional stay at Villa Fortuna and can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable visit.

The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning worked well. It was also conveniently close to the old town. The room itself was small, the bathroom had very little space, and I found the very soft beds uncomfortable.
