The staff were really helpful and relaxed, thanks for having us. We got there too early to check in, but the owner let us leave our bags so we didn't have to carry them around. The rooms are decent and what you'd expect for the price, and having air conditioning at this price was a nice bonus. Great hotel for the money, I'd definitely recommend it.

For the low price, it's a good place, even if it's nothing fancy. The owner is kind, sociable and always happy to help, and the service was really great. If you know a few shortcuts, the walk to the beach takes just 10 minutes. I'd definitely recommend it.

We felt it was good value for money compared with what we saw elsewhere in the area. It's about a kilometre on foot to the sea, and there's parking right outside. The receptionist checked everything for us and showed us to our room. The only downsides were a pretty dirty carpet that needs cleaning and internet that wasn't very good.

We like that you can bring in or order food and drinks without any trouble. There's a restaurant area where you can prepare food, plus fridges for storing it, so it feels like a mix of hotel and hostel. For the same dates, apartments nearby cost twice as much, making this the best value spot in Neum.
