The staff were so friendly, always smiling, and the hotel and rooms were beautiful and spotless. It's right above a private beach, one of the nicest in Neum. I'd happily come back and highly recommend it. :)

I only spent one day at this hotel a month ago, but it made my trip better. The rooms were clean and the view was lovely, and everyone on staff greeted me with a smile whenever we crossed paths. Those greetings felt sincere. The restaurant's food and service were great too. From my point of view, everything about the hotel was flawless.

Quiet and peaceful, with a private beach. Neum doesn't get much better than this.

My husband and I were there in June, and the owner and staff were very welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. The place was exceptionally clean. We plan to return soon, and the Smokve za doručak su bile perfectno! Davorka Lulic

After the waitress stepped away for a break, the owner, Zoran, came to take our order when I visited the café with my aunt and cousins. He was rude and refused to serve us. We eventually ordered once the waitress came back. I've also noticed them making false claims in their responses to reviews. They do have one male and one female waiter. Orders take ages, and the place is pricey for drinks and service that are average at best. We were also short 5 euro in our change after paying. I wouldn't recommend it.
