Hotel Exclusive

We were in town for a gymnastics competition on 21.09.2024, and checked in as a team at 12:00 on 20.09.2024. After the gymnasts went out to see the city around 14:30, we returned at 18:00 to a call from reception: we had to leave the next morning because the hotel would be under repairs. We showed the receptionist the emails confirming our rooms for both the nights of 20.09.2024 and 21.09.2024. We explained that the gymnasts had to go to the gym early for the competition, so we couldn’t leave the rooms. She responded rudely that neither our situation nor the confirmed reservation mattered, and that we had to leave anyway. We told her we were paying guests and she couldn’t speak to us that way, then ended the conversation. They were planning to turn a whole sports team out of the hotel. I’ve travelled to countless countries and stayed in countless hotels, and never experienced anything so disgraceful. The receptionist’s manner was rude and completely unbecoming of her role. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t stay here.

The manager and owner deserve a special thank you for hosting a group of 140 and getting everything done on time. They were patient, polite, and down to earth. The staff were always friendly, warm, welcoming, and smiling, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The food was perfect. I have no bad words for this hotel and will stay here again. The distance isn’t a problem, since you can take a taxi or public transport, or they can drive you in the hotel car. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

They were really accommodating to our group, and everything else was great. But please replace the blow dryers. My hair might dry faster if my mom blew on it herself. Those dryers sounded like an old man taking his last breath. Thanks for everything.

The rooms were clean, but there was no kettle or tea and coffee setup. It’s also away from the center.
