Getting there by car is the hard part. Even with the host’s map, you can get lost in the narrow streets, and a van can get stuck on a sharp turn. That’s just what this part of Sarajevo is like. Once there, though, the host is great, and the clean, spacious rooms have everything you need. It’s on a hillside within walking distance of the city centre.

We slept so much better here than at the place we stayed in the center last time, where the noise was unbearable. This spot is quiet and relaxing, and the host is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit of a walk from the center, with an uphill stretch, but it’s worth it if you don’t mind the walk.

It’s peaceful here, and the location may not be ideal, but we slept well. The rooms are basic, though spotless, safe, and spacious, with a comfortable temperature. The man who runs the place is one in a million. He went out of his way to make our stay nice, and nothing seemed like too much trouble.

A great host and a lovely neighborhood, right in the center. I’d definitely recommend it for a visit to Sarajevo.

The rooms were clean, and for the price it’s hard to ask for more. The host was wonderful and even let us use his washing machine. It’s not too far from the center, though the narrow streets can make driving there a challenge.
