Heritage Hotel Gate of Sarajevo

I trusted Arman Hadzizulfic, whom I'd met the year before, to organise my yearly religious tour to Bosnia. He told me he was the hotel owner, but the tour turned into a disaster. We'd agreed which hotels to book, then he made last-minute changes after I'd already shared the hotel details with the group. He said the replacements would be better, but they weren't. He was also supposed to guide us and spend time with the group, yet abandoned us and left me to manage everyone alone. The group turned against me, especially after the hotel changes, which weren't improvements. It was really disappointing, and I won't organise any more tours to Bosnia. I'm sharing this poor experience because it's a shame when some people seem to care only about money, with no regard for service quality or customer and group satisfaction. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

The Old town is just 3 minutes away on foot, and everything is close. The place is very clean, with a really good breakfast. Aldijana, Velna and Adis were friendly and professional, and the staff overall were very friendly. I'll come back.

The location was convenient, just 5 minutes from the Latin Bridge, and the room was clean. But it was very small, and the toilet was the exact size of my closet back home in Turkey. I checked the bed with an item that could spot bed bugs, and there weren't any. The kettle didn't work, and the Air Conditioner caused a power outage. Breakfast was the worst part. DO NOT EAT THE SAUSAGE! It made me throw up on the plane and at the airport after I arrived back in my country. The omelette and eggs were tasty, but super cold.
