The rooms were comfortable, the facilities handy, and the location was just right. What I’ll remember most, though, is the staff. Jeila and Adna were especially kind, professional, and available whenever I needed something. They helped with everything and always had a smile. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boss and really recommend it.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, warm, and nice. The shower worked really well.

The staff really stood out, especially Ms. Lejla and Ms. Adna, though everyone was kind and professional and made guests feel welcome. The rooms were lovely and clean, with a view, and breakfast was good. One of the best places to stay in the city, highly recommended.

We had a comfortable stay and would recommend the hotel. The decor feels luxurious, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety: sweets, juice, coffee, fried eggs, meat, several kinds of cheese, and more. The staff were polite and friendly, and helped us arrange a car to the airport.

The receptionist did try to help, and was kind, and the location is good. Still, I was glad I only stayed one night. There’s no elevator, though the receptionist kindly helped with my bags. The room was set to 25 C when I arrived. Lowering it made a horrible noise, loud enough to hear from reception even though I was on the third floor. It seemed to be the fan; the AC itself didn’t work. On the top floor, after a summer day reaching 38 degrees, the room was hot. There were lots of dead mini flies, too.
