There was plenty of easy, free parking, and the TV had lots of English channels, which was a nice bonus. The room was a little smaller than usual, but really clean.

We got help with our luggage from the staff, which was lucky because there isn't an elevator. The room numbering is a bit confusing: 100s are on the ground floor, 200s on the first, and 300s on the second, while 400s and 500s are also on the first and second floors for some reason. It's a very nice hotel in the city center, one bridge from the old town. We stayed two nights, 24-25/08.

The food was unhygienic, there was a bug in my plate, and the staff were so rude. Our room was tiny and dirty, with nowhere to open our luggage, and there was no elevator, so we had to carry everything to the 4th floor. The doors were broken and hard to open properly. Worst place in the Balkans.

It's a nice spot close to the old town, but the elevator was out of order. Our room had no fridge, and the dinner portions were very small.

2 July 2025. We stayed here with a group, and the conditions were really bad, with old, dirty rooms. The hotel needs renovation. Breakfast and dinner weren't good, and the service was poor. I wouldn't recommend it.
