I only used the conference rooms and food service, not the guest rooms. The meeting spaces feel dated, lack equipment, and get very cold in winter. In summer the AC can’t keep up, so they become uncomfortable pretty quickly. The food was below average too.

The rooms were really uncomfortable, and dinner was bland and bad. At least I didn’t get food poisoning. This hotel is pretty bad, mediocre at best, and at worst it feels like a staffless hellhole. I’d advise against staying here.

For a 2-star hotel, the breakfast was poor. The towels smelled of tobacco, the pillow was hard as a rock, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The only decent thing is the restaurant, and it isn’t even part of the hotel. They’re destroying beautiful nature to make a garage and parking lot. I’d avoid this place.

We’ve just had such a successful, genuinely enjoyable Ekofem BiH conference here. The guests were happy with the rooms and food, and with the surroundings and atmosphere for working, meeting people, and socializing. Service for conferences, workshops, and professional gatherings, local or international, was top-notch. It was also very affordable for our budget.
