The room was comfortable, with plenty of space for our clothes. It had two traditional beds and a sturdy fold-up one that supported me at 100KG and 190cm. There was a cabinet with a safe and coat hangers, plus a spot for shoes, so the room was sock-friendly. The bathroom was huge and lovely, with a large mirror, a smaller zoom mirror for shaving or makeup, a bidet, toilet paper, and a bathtub. You can hang up the shower head and use it as a shower. There was one TV, two nightstands, a drawer, three lamps, a chair, and only one window that opened. No smoking in the rooms, with a fine of up to 352KM. The building looks amazing inside and out. The halls are nicely decorated, and the huge, luxurious lounge sofas on floor 0 have a “royal” feel. It has 20 floors and three spacious lifts, all requiring an access card. The dining hall is on floor “G”; I had breakfast and dinner there and ate lunch outside. Breakfast starts at 7AM, with a wide choice including eggs, sausage, pâté, Nutella, lots of bread and pastries from Bavarian styles to plain white bread, grape or orange juice with unlimited refills, and self-serve coffee from a machine. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the city center. Nearby there’s a fast food place, pharmacy, and supermarket. The price also includes a gym and pool. Room service was okay, and the beds were made neatly whenever we came back. My one small complaint is that I sometimes found debris after the room had been vacuumed, though I’m sure it wouldn’t bother people wearing slippers. I’d highly recommend the hotel. It was a delight to stay here and enjoy the beautiful city of Tuzla :)
