The buffet breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the rooms are spotless, spacious, and comfortable. What makes Heartland City Hotel feel so special, though, is the warmth of the family who runs it. They’re genuinely kind and ready to help with absolutely anything, and they make guests feel like they belong. It feels like home, not just somewhere to sleep. I spent two weeks at Heartland Hotel on a business trip. The family running it put so much heart into the place and treated me like a guest in their own home, checking in kindly and making sure I had what I needed. After work, I really enjoyed being right in the pedestrian area, with restaurants and cafes all around. For anyone looking for a warm, professional place to stay in central Tuzla, where you’re treated like more than “another room number,” I’d highly recommend it for business trips or any visit.

Being right in the city center means everything is within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay at Heartland. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the service was excellent, and the hotel and rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. Highly recommended!

A small hotel with high standards, where you feel welcomed like part of the family. It’s in the best part of Tuzla, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars, and stores, all an easy walk away. There’s good WiFi, parking, and a breakfast buffet. My strongest recommendation!
