The restaurant doesn’t deserve to be called one. The furniture is old and broken, like something from the 70s or 80s. Cleaning staff were lazy, and sometimes the rooms weren’t cleaned at all. They didn’t even refill the toilet paper. What a rip-off. This is the worst kind of place, a rotten hotel that isn’t worth your money. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. Try finding private accommodation in Visoko instead. The people there are hospitable and kind.

The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is its location near the main promenade street, with coffee bars and shops close by. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The air conditioning didn’t work even after we told the staff, and parking beside the hotel costs extra. The bathroom is small, and parts of the room interior, including the sun shades, were damaged. There’s a bar on the ground floor, but you can’t pay by credit card.

Nothing worked the way it should, including the staff. This is seriously one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Stay here at your peril.
