The gardens and setting are lovely, with a main pool, a kids' pool, and a beach where attendants are available. There’s also a cafe and bar for drinks or lunch. This is a serviced holiday apartment complex rather than a hotel, and the units differ in how they’re decorated. It used to be a three-star hotel. Kitchens are decently equipped and the place is well managed, but bathroom supplies are limited to soap. Watch out for the plate-glass doors, they’re very clear.

The staff are fantastic, and the beach here is definitely among the island's best stretches. Each unit has its own look since they’re individually owned. I’ve stayed twice, in two different units, and the most recent one had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which worked well for us.

The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable, though the unit had a bit of that musty smell some places near the ocean seem to get. We stayed for a week in March 2018 and enjoyed it. The resort is beautiful, with lovely, carefully maintained gardens. The location also made it easy to get around by car or bus, or walk to nearby restaurants.

We stayed in 106 (Shak Shak), a beautiful apartment in a great spot. The manager and maid looked after it very well. Glitter Bay is peaceful, beautiful, and well cared for, with a nice beach bar for cocktails and bites. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in shells 312 and loved how much room the bedrooms and balcony had. The appliances were all new, and the apartment had what we needed for a restful holiday. It’s central to the amenities, and you can arrange groceries to be waiting when you arrive. I’d happily recommend glitter bay and can’t wait to come back.
