LA Maison Michelle

The owners are lovely people, and the food and service were impeccable. I've stayed at plenty of Caribbean resorts, but La Maison Michelle was unmatched. If you get the chance to stay there, don't hesitate. Run, don't walk!

Chef Adrian made our brunch buffet each day, with omelets made to order and herbs he had grown himself. The staff were warm and attentive without hovering, and Guy and Michelle Jenkins have created a place that feels luxurious, beautiful, warm, and comfortable. The sea views from the hill were lovely, with colorful, lush greenery and several outdoor seating spots where nothing blocked the view. Our friends spent seven days there last month, and it was fabulous. The property was immaculate, the grounds very well kept, and the pool and hot tub sparkling clean. Every comfortable room had its own decor and feel, plus a view of the blue coastline.

The highlight of our summer was staying at this beautiful property while celebrating 35 years in our sorority. The staff at La Maison Michelle looked after us from security through the delicious meals served each day.

The views and the property were stunning, and there were places to spend time together as well as quiet corners to be on my own. I'm looking forward to coming back after another amazing, unforgettable retreat with eight other women. This was my second six-night stay at La Maison Michelle. Our package included airport transfers, two meals a day, a sunset dinner cruise, a dinner show, a 30-minute neck and back massage, and entertainment at the house, with a DJ and karaoke one evening and a steel pan musician another. Executive Chef Adrian prepared the meals there, and house manager Karen ran the home professionally. We also had rides to Holetown for the beach or local shopping.
