Cobblers Cove - Barbados

The room was brilliant, drinks came quickly and were refreshing, and the pool and beach chairs were great. Food was fresh and nice, and the staff knew us after just one day. The pink and white look is lovely, the vegetation across the property is lush, and all the details seemed taken care of. With only 44 rooms, it never feels crowded. Just a perfect place in Barbados. We’ll be back and hope to see our friends who’ve been coming 21 years in a row.

The hotel looks like it belongs in a movie, and the views are stunning. The rooms are beautiful too, with mini walk-in wardrobes and candy striped robes. I’m on my second day and completely obsessed. The service is second to none: staff are polite, friendly, and attentive without hovering. They even found me a transformer adaptor power bank because my appliances didn’t work with the voltage difference. No request seems too big. The food is exceptional. This gorgeous hotel is making my stay in Barbados truly special, thank you x

The gardens and facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean with good AC and showers. The location is handy for walking to Speightstown’s restaurants and bars, and there’s a great choice of water sports, including Hobie Cat sailing. We found the service adequate at best. Staff were happy to handle requests, like bringing iced water when we were getting sun on the pool deck, but they rarely came over on their own to see how things were going. A few also had a bit of attitude. Maybe you need to be a returning British guest to get five-star service? It’s a lovely hotel in a good spot. We spent the day there for breakfast and the sun or beach, then headed into Speightstown for happy hour and dinner. Ask for what you need, since staff rarely check in first.

The garden’s gardenia scent and the tree frogs’ exotic calls really stayed with me. It’s a paradise, with long white sandy beaches, warm water, lovely people, and great service. The pink hued hotel serves scrumptious food, including lots of lobster.
