A peaceful and safe place for either a family trip or a business stay. The residential hotel was clean and comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and polite, helpful staff. Highly recommended! 👍

Breakfast was better than at other three-star hotels for me, mainly because they had the toast and bread I like. The price seemed reasonable, and the cost-performance ratio felt acceptable. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the staff had a good attitude. Front desk service was nice too. I could see myself staying here again. I ended up here after working late in other parts of the south without time to book. When I got back to Chattogram at 3 a.m., decent hotels I checked were very expensive and cheaper ones weren't clean, so a friend who had stayed here recommended it. My room was beside the main road, and it was noisy outside. The air conditioner was loud too, though lowering the fan speed helped. There is room to improve that. I was working late and early, and the desk was barely usable, but I got used to it after two days. Three things bothered me: there were lots of ants around the sink; the hot water wasn't warm enough even after I asked staff to check it. In summer it was somewhat acceptable, but for an early shower I had to wait around five minutes for it to warm up. Also, the bathroom power outlet didn't work, so with my long hair I had to use the outlet beside the bed for a hair dryer. The hotel should have staff or maintenance check rooms regularly to make sure everything works. If they improve the water temperature and air conditioning, I'd recommend the place to others.

The in-house restaurant's food quality doesn't match what they charge. Guests planning to stay here should avoid eating at the restaurant.
