Way overpriced. They charged me 4K for a room worth 2K. The towels were dirty and there wasn’t even hand wash in the toilet. I was in a hurry and booked by phone, and they took advantage of that. Felt like they slit my throat.

The staff were well behaved and trained, but that was the best part. The hotel is just so-so, and the reviews seem fabricated. You can stay here, but don’t expect much. The washroom had almost no amenities, and the flush didn’t work properly, though maybe that was just my room. There was no fridge or kettle, nothing in the room for refreshments, and the breakfast was the poorest I’ve ever had. Fine if all you want is a place to sleep at night.

The location is very nice, and the service was kind and helpful. The rooms look new and the bathroom is good. They should fix the weird door mechanism on 5008, though, and bring the prices down a bit.

The rooms were in good condition and the location was good too. I stayed here and they provided warm service. I’d recommend visiting. Best hotel in Chittagong 🤟🤟
