The hotel felt comfortable and classy, with clean surroundings, nice lighting, and seating that made it easy to relax. The food at Ramada was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Jawnaioo gave us especially good service, responding quickly and treating everyone politely. A lovely experience, and one I’d recommend.

Ms. Sani at the reception desk made our honeymoon feel special, arranging beautiful room décor, a bed facing the sea, and excellent food options. Breakfast had a great selection and was outstanding. I’ve had brunch at several Ramada locations in North America, and the hospitality here at Ramada Cox’s Bazar ranks among the best. I hope to come back on another trip to Cox’s Bazar. 😊

Sajib Kumar at Sonali Restaurant deserves a mention. He was warm, and the coffee he served was excellent. Gestures like that make you feel valued. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and staff across the hotel were attentive, professional, and ready to help. The team at Sonali Restaurant were particularly hospitable. I had a great stay at Ramada by Wyndham Cox’s Bazar and would recommend it to visitors.

We ended up enjoying our stay even more than we expected, and my husband and I are very happy. The Panorama Suite Room had a great view, and everything we needed was replaced on time. The location is beautiful, right by the heart of the sea, and the staff were helpful and well behaved. Ali Hossein at the restaurant helped with our checkout questions. The shuttle service could be better: our call was hung up, so we waited, and after we sent the details on WhatsApp, there was no confirmation, which was confusing. 😊

When our baby was unwell, the staff were understanding and gave our worried family a lot of support. Ms. Riya was especially kind, quick to help, and truly concerned. She made a stressful time much easier for us, and we’ll always remember her care. Highly recommended for the heartfelt hospitality and service.
