I paid in full through Agoda, but at arrival the receptionist said they didn't work with Agoda and couldn't find my booking. I showed the proof, but they still turned me away, so at midnight I had to search for another hotel. Nearly an hour later, they suddenly called to say they'd found the reservation. That was completely unacceptable. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and treated me as if I were staying for free. The whole ordeal left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Not worth the hassle if you want an easy, stress-free stay.

Breakfast was top notch, and the rooms were clean. The staff were respectful and very well behaved, and the service was quick. Great value for the money, and they've gained a regular customer. I'll be back.

The breakfast was good, and its hours, 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, worked well. The room was clean and nice, and housekeeping kept it that way. Banani is a convenient location. But Agoda advertised a "Lake View" and we got a city view instead. Black water came from the shower, push spray, and sink, apparently because of a leak. The fitness center was poorly equipped, with several machines limited or not working. We first asked about room decoration. The staff agreed and showed us samples, then quoted 7000 BDT after we shared our ideas. That seemed unreasonable. When we asked for something simpler, they flat-out refused and came across as rude. We weren't entirely dissatisfied, but the way they handled that request felt unprofessional and unreasonable, so we're unlikely to return.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast buffet was tasty. Dhaka hotels can be a bit overpriced, but booking online after hours made this feel like a fair deal. I'm glad I picked this place.

The conference room could accommodate 50 participants, and both the service and staff behaviour were very good. We also enjoyed the welcome drinks, and the food and service were good enough to enjoy. The lobby was too small for 10 people to sit together. Outside, the view wasn't good, with construction sites and no trees nearby. The building premises are small.
