The setting was good during my recent stay, though the staff could have acted more professionally. A little customer service training would make a big difference for guests. I hope management takes a look and makes improvements.

The location and service were just right for me. Mr Talha and Rakib especially did their best to stay in touch with guests and help them, and I was impressed by their service and behavior. The food was just okay for Indian tastes, although the yellow dal tasted just like it does in India. Thank you.

The hotel had a fantastic atmosphere, and the food was really nice. Service quality was very good too. I think it's the best hotel in the Baridhara diplomatic zone.

Reception and kitchen staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, and for a small hotel the breakfast selection was okay. The linens and towels were clean, though the rooms and amenities are basic. My first room, 311, had a bad bathroom smell and a dirty exhaust fan. They moved me to 210, which was only slightly better, and shifted my luggage while I was out without asking me. The hotel sits in a secured diplomatic zone, so there aren't shops or a supermarket nearby. A mixed stay overall.

The food was delicious and the service was really good on my first visit to day's Hotel. MR Talha, Rakib, and zia were fantastic service providers. I appreciated the overall quality, and the location was good too. Thank you.
