Mr. Sabbir, the General Manager, deserves special thanks for arranging everything before I arrived in Bangladesh. That extra effort made a real difference. My stay at Hotel Marino Royal in Uttara Sector 4 was very comfortable, with clean rooms, polite and professional staff, and everything well organized. The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes it handy for a short stay or transit. They also provide airport pickup, so my arrival was smooth and stress free. Highly recommended.

The location made it easy for us to get to all our meetings, with the airport nearby and restaurants and cafés a short walk away. Staff and crew were courteous throughout, and the rooms were comfortable, neat, and clean. Breakfast was reasonable, and there’s a restaurant on the 10th floor as well as an older machine gym. It was a pleasant, convenient stay, though the hotel may not quite meet true four-star standards. The older wooden structure has a slight odor that could be improved, and the towels and some amenities could use an upgrade.

The welcome food was very good, and so was breakfast. Staff were professional in how they treated us. Sound insulation wasn’t good, though. The hotel is right beside the airport, down a small street, and there’s no scenery from the window. If you open the curtain, you’re looking straight at the old, shabby walls of the house next door.

For a family with children, this is a really good place to stay in Uttara. They have suites and can set up a kids’ bed. The rooms are very clean, the staff are kind and helpful, and breakfast is tasty with options that work for kids. I was impressed by the quality here in Bangladesh.
