Breakfast was excellent, and the location made it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and ready to help with a smile. We had a wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and housekeeping kept it clean every day. We felt safe, relaxed, and well looked after. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we'd happily choose it again.

The breakfast buffet is great, and the service is high quality. This hotel is top notch, better than some five-star places.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, but I'm so disappointed by assistant manager Mr. Shaheen. He behaved badly toward me once and toward my American citizen brother on another occasion. I've stayed here more than 50 times.

The workers were kind, and the rooms were kind of nice, but the food wasn't good and there was no parking. I had to move to another room because the first one smelled awful. It had been raining, the carpet was wet, and it had a horrible odor.

The spa at The Pearl Hotel helped make my business trip feel calm and relaxed. It gave me a little bubble where I could get things done with a clear, fresh mind. The Pearl can arrange airport pickups and drop-offs by car, which takes the hassle out of Dhaka's chaotic traffic. The Wave in Pearl Hotel also has a menu where nothing disappoints. The staff are exceptionally well trained and mannerly, and make the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. Thank you 🙏
