The room was 1200 tk, but they charged another 1500 tk on top of the rent. Then they came to my room asking for still more money for what they called a service charge. The service was awful. I don't think the owner knows what's going on.

For a 1200tk room, reception charged 1500 tk. After I booked, they came to my room asking for an extra service charge. I can't tell whether the owners know about it or just aren't paying attention.

After just one night with my family, we were leaving Khulna for the first time having felt very well looked after. The staff and owner helped us a lot during our visit. Even once we'd checked out, they charged our phone and let us use the common washroom. I've never seen a hotel be so considerate with its clients. If I get the chance to come back to Khulna, I'll definitely stay here again.

The beds weren't comfortable, and the pillows and bedsheets were really dirty. The room itself wasn't clean either. If you want a peaceful night's sleep, don't stay here.

I had a great stay in Khulna. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the staff were cordial, friendly, and attentive to everything we needed. The service was very good and satisfying. These folks deserve a big shout out.
