The location was nice, and both the room and service were good. Just a heads-up, monkeys may be moving around on the roof at night, so don't let it scare you.

The place looks lovely inside and out, and the staff were very warm. There’s a garden with a really nice spot to sit, plus parking and a kids’ area, all fitted into a small space. Rooms, service, and location were good, though the bathroom needs work: it needs a geyser, and the exhaust fan should be replaced. The nicely decorated restaurant on the first floor is currently closed, so they arrange complimentary breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

I left without staying because the check-in encounter made me feel unwelcome. When I came in, I thought one staff member was laughing at me with his colleagues. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional, so I asked him about it. He denied doing anything wrong, which left me even more disappointed. A guest should be met with basic courtesy, and this interaction made me uncomfortable enough to find another place to stay. I can’t judge the hotel or its amenities from this brief visit, but management should take concerns like this seriously and make sure staff treat guests respectfully.

I had a great experience here a year ago, which is why I returned with my whole team and booked two rooms. This time was extremely bad. Mosquitoes were everywhere, nothing was provided to deal with them, and I couldn't sleep for two nights. The showers were broken, and the main door was locked around 12:30 a.m., so I couldn't meet my friend. They gave us breakfast hours of 8:30 to 10, but when two team members arrived at 9:30, they were turned away because they were told breakfast time was over. I wouldn't recommend it after this stay.
