I was very happy with the room service and hospitality. The room and bed were comfortable in size, and, most importantly, everything was hygienic. A great experience.

A good budget option, and having car parking was very helpful. The rooms weren't especially clean, though the washroom was in acceptable condition.

We left after just one night. The stay was a nightmare: the room was dirty, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were VERY DIRTY. There were no toiletries or even a box of tissue, and the towel they left was unusable. I don't know whether they wash these things. There was no room service either, and the manager's behavior felt weird. The AC wasn't working properly. During check-in, the manager took photos of guests, saying it was for security. I'd never seen such a strange system, and I think it interferes with guests' privacy.

Their behavior was terrible. I paid an advance to book, which was fine, but when I asked to cancel two days before, they said I couldn't cancel and the money wasn't refundable. They also demanded the full payment even though I wasn't going to check in. I would never recommend this hotel.
