We had a great experience over our two-night stay. The entrance was nice, and the hotel, rooms, and washroom were all very clean. The staff were so friendly they treated us like friends, and when we called on the landline, they responded right away. We tried several Chinese and Bangla dishes from the restaurant. Everything tasted good except the vegetable dish. The rooms have bathtubs, though I wish they also had wall showers.

The food was terrible and not fresh, and the staff weren’t helpful. You even have to ask for basics like toilet tissue. The service is very poor, and what you pay doesn’t feel worth it.

Rooms are very clean and the staff are pleasant. It’s a three-star hotel at an affordable price, around 1800-2500, and breakfast is included.

The reception landline wasn’t working, and the man on duty didn’t respond politely. I asked nicely, but his tone was irritating and his attitude made the whole visit worse. If you’re reading this, learn how to manage a hotel, treat customers well, and speak to them properly.

4/10
The service has gotten much worse over the last 10 years, even as room rates have gone up. The rates are already higher than similar places, which makes the poor upkeep frustrating. The room, bathroom, and bathtub all had visible broken parts, and the cleaning was lacking: tables and chairs were dusty, as were the bedsheets, towels, and pillow covers. The restaurant food was worse than at other establishments, and breakfast from the buffet was especially disappointing. There were no juices or other drinks available.
