B&B HOTEL Antwerpen Zuid

The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I slept like a baby on the first night. There was no outside noise, the hotel was super clean, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly throughout. I enjoyed the service, and the coffee and pastries they offer when you're sitting in the lobby. I was working on my computer, and the Christmas music wasn't too loud. I had a great stay and would definitely return and recommend it to friends and colleagues.

The room cleaning was poor: even after we asked for service, one room still had coffee stains on the walls, furniture, and other surfaces. During our school trip, the way the group was treated also left us feeling singled out. Another school was staying there and making noise too, but it seemed we were blamed for everything, even though we know we weren't perfectly quiet ourselves. One evening, about five of us were in a room when a guest knocked aggressively and shouted at us. Our teachers raised the complaints with reception the next day, and were told we needed to keep the noise down. We followed that and went into the city. When we came back, their room cards had been deactivated without any warning, which caused stress and confusion. Staff also said we had made other guests leave, though that wasn't true. The other school had already gone, and we were accused without evidence. The situation was handled disrespectfully and unprofessionally, especially toward our teachers. Communication was poor and the treatment felt biased throughout our stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, particularly for school groups.

Jean Pierre, the hotel’s GM, put in a lot of effort to make our stay turn out so well. We know no stay is perfect, but his care and hard work made a real difference. Thank you. You’re a true professional and a credit to the organization.

Booking and checking in were both really easy, and the service was so friendly. The hotel was spotless too. We've stayed with B&B in Germany before, and this was our first time in Belgium. Every time has been a perfect stay. We'll be back.
