The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Even with boiling weather outside, the ceiling fan cooled it down really well. The only little extra that would have improved things is having pots and pans for the stove, though cooking facilities aren't listed, so that's just a suggestion. Everything else was 5/5. The set-up here has changed since some of the negative reviews from a few years back. All three rooms are on the ground floor, set back from the street, with a little covered courtyard and a shared table area between them. There's also a communal room with extra seating, a breakfast bar, and a fridge. Great place in an amazing location.

The owner was extremely responsive, and our room was spotless with everything we needed. We stayed for one night while biking unsupported from Amsterdam to Paris, and the location worked perfectly for a quick look around Breda Centrum. Highly recommend.

From our first contact with the host right through to the end, we loved our stay. The rooms are roomy and thoughtfully designed, and it stayed nice and cool inside. Our two kids had a connected room, which worked ideally for a family of four. The host was easy to reach, helpful at every turn, and full of nice surprises. You can't beat the location for exploring Antwerp. We know where we're staying next time!

Maryline kept an eye on everything and made sure our stay was going well without hovering. When the street lost power later one evening, she immediately looked into what was happening and kept us updated. B&B Maryline is just a two-minute walk from Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekathedraal and Antwerp's historic center, yet it's tucked onto a side street with very little passing traffic and a quiet feel by 9 p.m. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed, with pleasant shared spaces indoors and out. I hope I get back to lovely Antwerp, and if I do, I'll stay here again.
