The place was dirty, there was no dishwasher, and the water didn’t work on the ground floor. They have lots of apartments around the city, but picking up the key meant a 20-minute walk to a large office on the other side of town.

I had a really bad stay here through Airbnb. There was no hot water anywhere, not in the shower, kitchen, or bathroom, so I had to heat water in a kettle to wash. The Wi-Fi was missing too, despite being included in the listing. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned: hair and dust everywhere, rubbish in the bin, and a dirty towel. The stairs were filthy and the front door was left open. I also found a spare set of keys left by previous guests, which made me feel very unsafe. The listing photos look heavily corrected with Photoshop, so there was nothing good there. The host communication was awful. They asked me for photos, then ignored my later messages on both WhatsApp and Airbnb. Luckily, Airbnb support got involved and gave me a partial refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The Wi-Fi they offer didn’t work, and the kitchen was filthy and completely unequipped. The stairs were so narrow you could barely get your foot on them. The place was filthy overall, and the towels and bedding were awful and badly wrinkled. Truly horrible. Don’t go.
