Holiday Inn Express Antwerp - City Centre, an IHG Hotel

I picked the Holiday Inn Express for its location during a one-night visit for the amazing Rosalia concert, and it was a great choice. The bus station for trips to and from Brussels Airport is right across the street, Opera metro station is just steps away, and the city centre starts behind the hotel. My room was new, very clean, and well equipped, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and strong water pressure in the large shower. Breakfast had plenty of options and was perfectly adequate for the price. Everyone I encountered was outstanding, from the cleaning staff and the maintenance man who greeted me to the day receptionist who checked me in. She was so kind and helpful, with smiles for all the Guests. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and will stay again when I’m back in town. Thanks, everyone!

The girls at the front desk were the best team ever, friendly, helpful, and ready to sort things out. They helped coordinate twin rooms for my trip colleagues and gave us more options when they had availability. Great location within walking distance of the central station, and it has everything you need for a nice stay!

The beds and pillows were great, and the location was perfect. We asked for an opera view and they managed to arrange it. Breakfast was fine, with nice food and a good selection. They also let us check in early and store our luggage after checkout. As a kind extra, we got two bottles of water for the trip home. I’d happily return.

We spent three nights here, starting 21.3.2026, and I’d stay again if I visited Antwerp. Breakfast was included, and there was enough choice that you’d have to blame yourself for leaving hungry. The hotel is also in an excellent spot, with everything in town within walking distance. Getting there was easy: the tram stop is just across the street, and we parked in an underground garage about 150 metres away. The reception staff were friendly, alert, and happy to help with anything. Ten out of ten for their service.
