I liked the suite and was enjoying the stay at first. After checkout, though, the property charged €100 to my card for a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser that already wasn't working. I had to take the soap bottle off to use it in the shower and set it on the bathroom floor. Nothing was damaged, and the soap was still almost full when I left. They processed the charge without explaining it beforehand or providing an invoice or cost breakdown. Charging a guest like this is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I've escalated it through formal channels and won't stay here again.

I took my wife to Antwerp and we stayed in this beautiful suite. After checkout, they charged €100 to our credit card for a wall-mounted shower gel dispenser that was already not working. We didn't damage anything. The bottle was removed so it could be used in the shower and placed on the floor, and the soap was still almost full when we left. Management replied by referring to “damage to the room,” which just isn't accurate. Charging €100 for a non-functioning bathroom amenity without proper explanation or documentation is unfair. We won't return.

It was a quiet spot close to the centre, and the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. The manager was really nice about everything and replied quickly when we had questions. I'll definitely book again when I come to Antwerp.

These suites are right in the city center, and everything is finished really neatly. Top-notch all around!

Great place. The only downside was that the street outside had been dug up.
