The only awkward part was the tiny, slightly nerve-racking elevator. Once we got into our room, though, we were smiling again. It was lovely, with a great view over the central station, and the beds were comfortable. I was blown away by breakfast, and the staff serving it were so friendly. We were also welcomed really warmly when we arrived.

The reception guys really made us feel at home, and the owner's welcome was so friendly. I got a kick out of the young man's humor. We were there for a night through Social Deal, and the bed was fine, so we slept well. The TV and Wi-Fi didn't work, so we made the room cozy ourselves. The shower was funny, but far too hot, and we couldn't get it down to a normal temperature. Even with that, we had a good time.

We didn't sleep at all, and I would never stay here again. The bathroom had a sewer odor we couldn't clear, and every hallway sound came straight into the room. The towels still had poop marks from earlier guests. There were cigarette burns in the bed, just one sheet between us and a mattress that looked at least ten years old and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The door also wouldn't lock. The cava that came with our €59 Social Deal for two was lukewarm and, taste being subjective, we found it undrinkable. This was a nightmare, and it's disgraceful that guests are charged to stay here.
