My booking was canceled five days before arrival, and they blamed “vandalism in the room.” Other reviews suggest this happens repeatedly. There’s no real reliability here, so avoid booking.

I travel a lot and, in my experience, when you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, the usual charge is for the first night. Here, the company kept the full amount without explaining why. I felt they made money for nothing, and I don’t think a reputable company would handle it that way. That’s why I asked for a partial refund in my first message. I booked an apartment through Airbnb on Saturday evening, May 17th, for May 18th to 22nd, less than 24 hours before check-in. A couple of hours later, unforeseen circumstances changed my plans, so I canceled in the Airbnb app right away. The app said the full payment was non-refundable. I contacted Airbnb asking for a refund and specified “partially,” then submitted a request through its form. I also messaged the company's manager on WhatsApp, including after finding the manager’s contact details. I heard nothing from any of them, even though my messages were seen and read. On May 19th, I got an email saying the refund had been denied. I don’t recommend using this company's services.

We were already outside the property when the owner canceled our booking, just five minutes before arrival. They said the ceiling was supposedly defective, and offered us no alternative.
