The apartment itself is perfect, so my two-star rating is about the service. I called to ask how check-in worked and got an extremely unfriendly, arrogant response: “We have 60 customers a day, and you're the only one who doesn't get it.” This place could have earned a much better rating, but that treatment was very unfriendly.

I spent the night anxious after a man shouted for two hours and began threatening the police. I couldn't sleep, and I stayed away all day the following day. When I called to explain what had happened and that I didn't feel safe, the woman on the phone responded very bluntly that I should simply come back and that no arrangement could be made. I said I wanted my money back because I felt unsafe, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. After this experience, I don't want to return.

The main problem was how the booking was handled after we decided not to stay. We had booked two nights at Daily Apartments in Antwerp, but the apartment was filthy and unhygienic, so we reported it to the owner straight away and left. We were told a refund wasn't possible. Even though we still had the keys, new guests had already been put in our room. We could walk straight in and see their suitcases. That's unprofessional and a serious security risk. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
