The rooms were very nice, spacious, clean, recently renovated, and cozy, with good heating. The kitchen had all the basics and the location in the centre was perfect. The entry arrangement was the problem. We got codes for the building and the key locker, but the locker code was wrong. It arrived three hours before check-in, although the information said 24 hours before booking. When we arrived, we waited an hour for a reply with the correct code. Two other people had the same issue and had already been waiting longer. Service wasn’t great, but they did sort it out in the end. With better service, this would be a great place.
