The replacement apartment was nowhere near comparable to what we had booked. It smelled of sewage, had less atmosphere and fewer beds, and lacked cooking utensils. There was no balcony, which had been a major reason for our booking, and the location was worse too. On arrival, we were told the original apartment had a gas leak. We found that claim completely fabricated after speaking with the restaurant downstairs and the guests staying there, none of whom knew of a leak. The apartment was still being used. We also found a review from two weeks earlier describing the same excuse, which suggests a pattern. A very unprofessional and disappointing experience. We wouldn’t recommend it.

We arrived to find that our booked apartment supposedly had a “gas leak,” so we were moved somewhere completely different. We checked with the restaurant downstairs and the people staying in the apartment, and nobody knew anything about a leak. There was even a review from two weeks earlier with the same explanation. It turned out to be complete nonsense and felt misleading. The replacement was in no way comparable to the place we booked. The landlord’s replies were absolutely terrible too. A very bad experience. Never again.

The beds were very bad, the sofa was bad, and the chair was just reasonable. The makeshift kitchen had no coffee machine and an unusable frying pan. There was a strong, pungent sewer smell, and it was very noisy. The stairwell felt dangerous and wasn’t fire-safe, while the smoking area was very slippery. The location itself was fine, with premium seafood around the corner and basketball nearby. Los Dos had a nice cup of coffee. You can ride a scooter through the tunnel at 8 km/h.
