The hotel’s motto is “we care,” and it really feels like they mean it, not just use it as a marketing line. We stayed for one night and weren’t disappointed at all. The staff are super nice, and the room was quite large and very clean. The breakfast buffet is small, but the food was good quality and there was a nice variety. We arrived late and there was still some of everything, all warm. I didn’t try the restaurant or bar, though I’d guess they’re just as good. You know those hotels where you feel so overcharged you want to take anything that isn’t screwed to the wall? This place was the complete opposite.

We stayed two nights while visiting Pairi Daiza for two days. The room itself was good, and the staff were friendly, but it wasn’t completely clean: I noticed floor stains, dust buildup, and hairs. It’s a basic hotel, so don’t expect too much. The hallways are dull and grey, like an office building, and the restaurant menu is limited. That makes sense for a place where people generally stay just a night or two. It’s near the highway and at the start of an industrial park, and traffic noise comes through because the walls and windows aren’t well insulated. I’d suggest bringing earplugs. Being close to the highway and Pairi Daiza is convenient. You can stay here for a day or two, but I wouldn’t recommend a longer visit. Besides the issues above, there isn’t much else to do nearby apart from Pairi Daiza.

The room was clean and acceptable, but the overall experience was poor because the hotel was disorganized and hadn’t planned well, even though our bus group had been booked for weeks. The hotel is isolated, so if something goes wrong, you’re stuck without alternatives. We were on an organized WW1 battle tour. The tour was great, but the hotel, especially the food service, was a shambles. After 16 hours of travel, we arrived on time at 8 pm ready to eat. We were told there were no tables, then finally got one at 9:30. Once seated, we found out there was only one starter and one main, a beef dish with no vegetarian option. We went to bed hungry, since the hotel is isolated and the only other food available was crisps from a vending machine. The hot breakfast was lukewarm at best and very bland. Bar drinks were expensive, and the selection was limited. The waiting staff seemed nice but stressed because there weren’t enough of them for a full hotel. For example, the receptionist was also working behind the bar.

All the staff were so kind and friendly. It was a wonderful experience!

The hotel, its atmosphere, and the rooms are lovely, and the staff we met were very nice. It’s outside Bruxelles/ Brussels, quite out in the sticks, with no shops, restaurants, bars, or nightlife within easy reach. Thanks to all the very nice staff we encountered!
