The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were so friendly and quick to help. That made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy.

We visited the brasserie. The food was good, though not great, and it was hard to get help because they seemed understaffed. In the end we had to go inside to pay. The outdoor seating is right beside a busy, noisy road.

Good food and a nice place. I've been visiting the hotel for 11 years.

I came hoping for a decent meal, but service took about 30 minutes, then I waited again just to get a menu. The staff seemed to ignore us. After 50 minutes, I gave up and left. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this terrible place. They don't care about their customers.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, which made all the difference. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back. My room was clean and modern, and parking is outside. The hotel bar and restaurant are over 250 years old, with lovely original details like the main toilets and the inside restaurant, plus lots of other cool features.
