The breakfast included with our stay was the best I’ve ever had, and the customer service was excellent. There’s paid parking at the back of the hotel, with a remote to open the entrance. If you arrive at night, bring a lamp or use your phone light, since the parking area isn’t lit and you’ll need to find the hotel door. The hotel’s photos matched my experience. One thing management could clarify is the piano rules, especially the hours guests are allowed to play. My partner was enjoying the piano when the person in charge of the bar abruptly stopped him in a very rude way, around 10 pm. Clear instructions could prevent an uncomfortable situation like that.

The public areas are roomy, clean, and pleasant, and the hotel’s talking Parrot is a novelty. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve experienced, with Cava so you can make your own Bucks Fizz. Rooms are clean but a bit sparse; the bathroom works, though it’s small, and the shower is even smaller. Obese people should avoid it. My pillow was lumpy. There’s a small bar, but the selection of Belgium beers and other drinks is limited.

It was a very clean place to stay, close to the beach and right by the commercial street where you can find anything. The pet parrot is so sweet and whistles beautifully ;) We were really pleased with our stay and hope to come back soon.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel is right in the centre, very clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was good, served in a nice, quiet atmosphere.
